I have an holistic view on life and look at people as a whole. Everything is connected in life, and so are we as humans. Yet, on our journeys we get challenged by difficulties like stress, grief, loss, anxiety, loss and we simply get disconnected with ourselves and our environment. This disconnection can present itself in the body and mind in many forms, like physical pains, illness, stress, anxiety & depression.
As a therapeutic practicioner, I have a personal approach because every human is simply different and unique. My classes and therapeutic sessions (coaching and massage therapy) are all experienced based, for the individual or in a group.
